RECORDER LESSONS - begin in October.

Here are a series of Soprano Recorder Lessons that I like to begin on the notes A and C'.  Then we add the high D' so that we have So, Mi and La songs available to us. After that we progress to Mi, Re, Do songs on B, A and G (new notes are B and G). For the holidays we add low D, E and F# so that we can enjoy the simplicity of the melody Jolly Old St. Nick. For first year recorder, if there is a particular piece we want to play that goes with our concert theme, then we will learn a B flat, low C or high E'.
